I could not get access to the Ddraw file: the direct link no longer seems to work, and the post doesn't provide a link, but asks for a PM to get emailed the file. I just found this during a Google search - thanks for posting this! I'am so thrilled !! Now I can alt+tab to the trainer after the game starts -there are some perks, for some Cheat Engine table records can only be toggled once the game is on (+28 trainer & Paradrop (CT Table) come to mind.) I found it after a long & frantic search, now you don't need to hassle yourself with shortcut keys, & blank screens, this one is brilliant -no flicker.
